Can I walk-in or do I need an appointment?

As much as we would love to accept walk-ins, our schedule is pretty busy and for that reason we have been working with appointments. It’s more convenient to our clients and that way we can guarantee you will be treated on time! No wait, no frustration. If you don’t see appointments available, add your name to the waitlist (it works!). You will be notified right away if we have cancellations.

What should I do if I’m running late for my reservation?

We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment needs to be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided if you arrive more than 5 minutes late or miss your appointment.


Cancellations/Rescheduling/No shows

Invictus requires that all cancellations or reservation changes be made at least 3 hours in advance. This allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests.When you schedule an appointment with Invictus Barbershop we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. 

• You can reschedule or cancel your reservation up to 3 HOURS BEFORE the beginning of your appointment.
• As a courtesy, and to help you remember your scheduled appointments, we will send you text messages and email reminders in advance of the appointment time (24h and 3h before).
• If you CANCEL your appointment at least 3 hours PRIOR to your appointment, you will be automatically REFUNDED in the form of the initial payment used when booking. Please allow 1-5 business days to see the refund reflected in your baking statement.
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside the cancellation window, NO REFUNDS will be provided.


We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Zelle and Cash for payment of products and services.


Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our barbers and shampoo girl. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. Gratuities can be added to credit card payments.
We never charge for shampoo, however, tips for our shampoo girl are greatly appreciated.


We do not cut kids under 10 years old. We know you’re crazy about your kids, but our shop is far from babyproofed (scissors, hot tools, sharp corners), so for your little ones’ safety and your peace of mind, we kindly ask all mamas and papas to follow some rules:

– No unsupervised kiddos under age 10 in the barbershop.

– If you have to bring your kids along, please bring an additional adult to watch them.

– No babes in your lap while you’re getting your haircut.
